St. Paddy’s at the Playroom – Event includes Irish fare (green food and drinks), celtic music, shamrock tattoos,face painting and make your own pot-o-gold.

South Side Irish Parade Family Fest – Event includes bagpipers, Irish dancers, a host of Irish musicians, Men in Kilts Contest, Irish themed arts and crafts, children’s films, a children’s parade and live production by the Beverly Arts Centers’ own Children’s Theatre Group.

Berghoff Restaurant – Free face painting after the parade and lunch/dinner specials including corned beef and cabage and Guiness cheddar soup.

Irish American Heritage Center St. Patrick’s Festival – Irish music, dance and food. Kids activities take place in the Erin room and include music, games and activities.

Shoreline Sightseeing St. Patrick’s Day Cruises – Cruises include a traditional Irish buffet lunch, Irish music and a presentation on the role the Irish community played in shaping Chicago.
